Guided by Andy Westley, Master of Whisk(e)y, this evening blends craftsmanship, storytelling, and flavor into a mischievous tasting journey. Each pairing is designed to seduce your palate, and in true Hotel Californian fashion, there may be an off menu pour or two for those who appreciate the unexpected.
