Join us on June 1, 2019 for Hotel Californian's second Constellation series. Constellation is our reurring series of star chefs, wineries, and musicians that come together for a curated evening of unforgettable experiences at Hotel Californian. Begin your evening at Djinn, our library bar, and allow legendary Mixologist Devon Espinosa to mix you a handcrafted cocktail. Indulge the senses with six tantalizing courses created by Chef and Gastronomist Marcel Vigneron and Chef Blake Silberman with a selection of wine pairings by Doug Margerum from Margerum Wine Company. End the night with an exhilirating DJ set by Mayer Hawthorne.
Devon Espinosa is highly recognized as the Mixologist of The Church Key on Sunset Boulevard and for his partnership with Houston Brothers. He personally created our eclectic, handcrafted cocktail menu in Djinn, our library bar. Each cocktail provides a unique, invigorating experience. Chef Marcel Vigneron
Chef Blake Silberman
Marcel Vigneron is an American chef best known for his time on Top Chef and Food Network's "The Next Iron Chef." He is recognized for his unique usage of molecular gastronomy in which he merges his cooking with science to create unique, nontraditional dining experiences. Blake Silberman, our very own Chef of Blackbird restaurant will be joining us at Constellation. His dishes focus on farm-to-table ingredients and locally sourced cuisine.
Margerum Wine Company
Doug Margerum is a local vintner and restaurant owner known for Wine Cask, a seasonal restaurant featuring an extensive selection of local wines. He is also highly recognized for his ownership of Margerum Wine Company, which sources wines from some of Santa Barbara's finest vineyards. He has most recently partnered with us at Hotel Californinan in opening the Margerum Wine Company Tasting Room. Doug Margerum will be pouring custom wines with each of the six courses served at Constellation.
